Innocent?!
This kids sippy cup looks innocent, but don't be fooled.. it's not! We brought these on the plane with us on the flight back to Atlanta from Los Angeles. About halfway through the flight Rylie asked for some juice so Jay pulled this out. Right when he popped the top to let the straw up a constant high pressure stream of water (with juice) went shooting in the air. It managed to soak Jay and Rylie and the entire row in front of us. Luckily the people who got wet were really good sports. I was absolutely no help laughing hysterically while Jay tried to get it under control. Moral of this story, don't bring sippy cups like this with you on a plane.. unless you want to give the people around you a shower! Hilarious! Oh, and just to prove how much water went everywhere, i took this picture right after the incident. The cup was full before. :)
Family Pictures
My brother and his wife have an awesome camera. They did some family pictures for us yesterday, and we are so happy with how they turned out. What do you think?

Disneyland!
We have been in California for almost a week now. It has been a great, and BUSY trip. In true Julie fashion I have booked us solid, so it has left us with very little time to relax! But, we have had a lot of fun! i would say our highlight so far is our trip to Disneyland yesterday (though Jay may disagree and say it was skimboarding with is brothers, he is still talking about that!). I cant even tell you how precious it was to see Tristan and Rylie's faces when we were there. We stayed for 7 hours and only managed to go on the Carousel, Finding Nemo ride, and watch a Playhouse Disney Live show. Well, all that and lunch.. where does the time go in the Magic Kingdom!? Tristan doesn't like loud noises so some things scared him. He spent half of the time with his hands on his ears. Poor kid. Of course, we had to get the kids some Mickey hats with their names embroidered on the back. So cute! As luck would have it, we arrived just in time to get front row seats for a small show with Mickey and his friends. The look on Tristan's face was priceless. All in all, it was a wonderful trip. Thanks to my cousin Brian for hooking up the free tickets. Here are some pictures, I must say they are amazing. I think our next investment must be a nice camera like my brother has!!

My Polar Bear!

When Tristan was really little, like only a few months old my Dad bought him an Angels teddy bear at Spring Training. Ever since then there are 2 things Tristan must have before he goes to bed or nap. One would be his silky blanket, and the other.. his Polar Bear. Why he calls it that I have no idea, since it is clearly not a "Polar" bear, but it is so cute. I have noticed lately that Tristan has personified this little bear. He will throw him off the bed, and then run over and say "Oh no, Polar Bear! Are you ok?!?"
Here is a picture from when Tristan first got the bear, and what the poor thing looks like now. Dad, this one's for you!
For Good Measure

Just because her hair is so pretty and straight! And YES, I do flat iron it. Are you kidding me, it looks awful if I don't!

I just couldn't handle it!

Tristan is supposed to be growing out his hair for a wedding he is in in May. I think it would be super cute if it was long, but reality set in and I just couldn't handle it anymore. His "Before"
Hair is on the right. This was yesterday. I cut his hair this morning, hence the photo on the left. Stacia told me all along that I would never make it and as much as I wanted to prove her wrong I just couldn't do it! Sorry, kids.. short hair it is.
